"Christmas When and Why"

"From December to March, there are for many of us three gardens -
the garden outdoors,
the garden of pots and bowls in the house,
and the garden of the mind's eye."
-   Katherine S. White

Editor The New Yorker Magazine 1925-1960

Rosemary grows well indoors for the winter.

It requires 6-8 hours of sunlight and dry conditions.  Terra Cotta pots work well.

The Dirt...

Petal

Power...

Keep the plant in a well-lit location (like near a window) away from direct sunlight – too much heat and light can stunt growth and burn the leaves. It should also be away from drafts, heat vents, fireplaces or other sources of hot air.
