Tarragon has thin, blade-like, highly aromatic leaves. Tarragon leaves are spicy sweet and used in cold meat sauces or with eggs, cheese, and fish. These seeds should take 10 to 14 days to germinate and only a few more days to show their first leaves! Tarragon makes good flavoring for vinegar when leaves are steeped for 2 weeks, then strained.
